Hi Gladys. The Town's public art commission is having a hard time figuring out how to pay out our grant. I don't understand the difficulty really but now they'd like to pay it in a lump sum to the Jackson Center to the church. I trust/hope that's Ok? If so, we need to get Jeff York at the Public Art Commission a copy of St. Joseph's 501(c)3 authorization letter. I'm waiting to hear whether we need to copy and mail or can just scan and email. In the meantime, again: if all is OK, would you pull the letter so that it's at the ready? This part of the process has already been long! Many thanks. Della
